Return, Exchange & Warranty Policy

OS1st Sports stands behind all the products we carry. We will replace any OS1st garment due to a manufacturer’s defect.

Customers should take a picture of the garment clearly showing the defect (i.e. hole, rip/tear, etc.) and email them to info@os1stsports.ca. Also indicate date of purchase, size of the item and order number and we will evaluate and advise.

Size/colour exchanges are allowed as long as the item has not been worn by the customer, is in the original package in brand new condition and is within 21 days of purchase.

Items must be in the original packaging and packaging must be in good condition.

After 90 days, products purchased are non-returnable for credit or exchange.

An authorization must be obtained from C. Turner Medical Ltd. prior to returning and/or exchanging a product.
